Account Check Printing Report DLT103

This module gives Odoo an extra check printing layout called "dlt103", designed for DLT103 lined check stationery. Once installed, you can select this layout on a bank journal or on the company, and then print checks from payments.

• The layout appears as a choice in the check printing layout setting on account.journal and res.company.
• A new report named "Payment Check DLT103" is available on account.payment records, so you can print it from a payment form or from the payment list.
• The printed check shows the payment date, partner name, amount in figures, amount in words, the payment reference, the check number, and a table of the invoices being paid with their due date, description, original amount, balance due and paid amount.
• The report uses a dedicated paper format called "US Check Letter" (Letter size, portrait, no margins) and disables smart shrinking so the alignment stays correct on pre-printed checks.

The module does not add new menus or automatic business rules; it only extends the existing check printing feature with this specific layout.
