sale Ecotax Management

This module extends sales orders with ecotax management, building on the account_ecotax module.

On each sale order line, an "Ecotax" subtotal and an "Ecotax Unit" amount are computed from the ecotax lines attached to that line. These ecotax lines are created automatically from the product's ecotax configuration when the product is chosen, and are recreated if the product changes. Users can open a dedicated "Ecotax" button on the order line to view and edit the ecotax lines (classification and forced unit amount).

On the sales order itself, an "Included Ecotaxe" amount is computed as the sum of all line ecotax subtotals. It appears in the order form below the tax totals and is only shown when it is not zero.

The printed quotation and sales order reports are extended: a column "Eco Part Unit" is added next to the unit price when the order has ecotax, and a line "Including Eco Part" is added before the total in the tax totals block.

When the sale order is invoiced, the ecotax lines are transferred to the corresponding invoice lines, so the ecotax information is preserved in accounting. Sales users get read access to the ecotax product configuration and invoice ecotax lines, and full access to the sale order line ecotax records.
