Account Edi Ubl Cii Retrieve Tax

When you import a vendor electronic invoice in UBL format, Odoo normally tries to match the tax lines using the tax percentage. This module changes that behaviour so the tax is looked up using the UNECE tax category code (for example the standard VAT code) together with the tax rate and, when present, the tax exemption reason code.

• It only acts on purchase journals; sales and other journal types are left untouched.
• It only applies when the invoice line has at most one tax, and when the tax scheme in the file is VAT.
• If the tax already on the line matches the file's rate, UNECE code and exemption reason, nothing is changed.
• Otherwise it searches for a tax belonging to the same company, of percentage type, usable for purchases, with the same UNECE category code and the same rate, and optionally the same exemption reason code.
• If a matching tax is found, it replaces the tax on the imported invoice line.

It also normalises exemption reason codes coming from the file, accepting both underscore and dash separators, so codes written slightly differently still match a valid value. The module extends the UBL 2.0 electronic invoicing logic and the account.tax model fields added by its companion module. No new menus or screens are added; the change is visible only in the result of importing a vendor bill.
