Account Mass Reconcile as Jobs

This module changes how the mass reconciliation tool behaves when it is launched. Instead of doing all the work immediately while the user waits, the search and grouping step stays in the foreground and the actual reconciliation is pushed to the background job queue.

• A system setting named account.mass.reconcile.as.job controls the behaviour. It is created switched off, so nothing changes until an administrator turns it on.
• When the setting is on, pressing the reconcile action on account.mass.reconcile queues one background job per reconciliation record and returns immediately.
• The lower-level mass.reconcile.base model also checks a related setting (account.mass.reconcile.lines.as.job) before queuing the line reconciliation itself, so the heavy line matching happens in the background too.
• Jobs are sent to a dedicated queue channel called mass.reconcile.job, which lets administrators monitor and prioritise this work separately from other background jobs.
• The module depends on the job queue and mass reconcile modules, and only extends their existing models; it adds no new menus or screens of its own.

Because the work is asynchronous, users can keep working while reconciliation runs, and the job queue records the outcome for follow-up.
