Account - Missing Menus

In standard Odoo 14, several accounting configuration screens exist but have no menu entry, so users cannot open them. This module makes them reachable.

• Under Accounting > Configuration, a new "Templates" menu groups: Chart of Account Templates, Account Templates, Tax Templates and Fiscal Position Templates.
• Under Accounting > Configuration > Accounts, new entries appear for Account Types, Account Tags, Account Groups and Tax Groups.
• Under Accounting > Entries, a new "Bank and Cash" menu gives access to bank statements and cash register statements.

On the screens themselves, useful links are added: an account group form now lists the accounts belonging to it; an account tag form lists the accounts it applies to (only when the tag applies to accounts); and a tax group form lists the taxes inside it, with its own list and search views.

A new "Anglo-Saxon Accounting" option is added to the Invoicing settings and to the chart of accounts template form. When enabled, the cost of a good is recorded as an expense when the good is invoiced to the final customer, instead of when it is received in stock.

The module also makes the journal items report available from the partner form (contextual action).
