Account Move Tag

This module adds a tagging system to accounting documents. You can create your own tags (for example "Credit Card", "Deposit" or "Payment") with a name and a colour, and then attach one or more of them to customer invoices, vendor bills and other journal entries.

Where it appears in Odoo: - A new "Tags" menu under the Invoicing menu opens the list of tags, where you can add or edit them directly in the list. - On an invoice or bill form you get a "Tags" field where you pick existing tags; creating a new tag from there is disabled, so tags are managed from the Tags menu. - Tags are also shown as an optional column in the invoice and journal entry lists, and can be used as a filter in the search views of invoices and journal entry lines.

Business rules and behaviour: - Each tag must have a unique name; Odoo refuses to save a duplicate tag name. - Every new tag automatically receives a random colour. - Tag names can be translated. - On journal entry lines, the tags are taken automatically from the related journal entry, so you do not set them line by line.

Access rights: all internal users can read tags, while only accounting managers can create, modify or delete them.
