Account Payment Order Email

This module adds vendor emailing to payment orders. On each payment mode (account.payment.mode) you get two new settings: a "Send Email to Partner" checkbox and an "Email Template" field, which becomes mandatory when the checkbox is ticked.

When a payment order using such a mode is moved to the uploaded state, Odoo automatically sends a remittance advice email to each vendor in the order. The email lists, per payment line, the invoice number, invoice date, payment amount, discount, credit reference, supplier invoice, invoice amount, credit amount and due amount. A default template named "Email for ACH Payments" is provided and used if no template is chosen on the payment mode.

On the payment order form there is also a "Send Email" button, visible in the uploaded state, to send the emails manually. After each attempt, a message is posted on the payment order saying whether the email was sent successfully or could not be sent (for example when the vendor has no email address).

A new "Discount" amount field is added on payment lines (account.payment.line) and appears in the email table.
