Import Statement Files and Go Direct to Reconciliation

This module is a small bridge between the bank statement file import wizard and the reconciliation interface. It does not add new menus or models; it only adds one extra button on the existing import wizard.

When a user opens the bank statement import wizard and picks a file, they now see a primary button labelled "Import and Start to Reconcile" next to the normal import button. Clicking it imports the file, creates the bank statement(s), posts them, and then opens the reconciliation widget directly, pre-loaded with the statement lines that were just created.

• The button is added on the account.statement.import wizard form.
• The import runs the standard file processing and then posts the resulting statements.
• The user is taken to the reconciliation screen with the new statement lines and the related companies already selected, and any import notifications are passed along.

Because it depends on both the statement import and the reconciliation widget modules, it only works when those are installed, and it installs automatically when they are. No new fields, scheduled jobs, emails or business rules are introduced.
