Access all OUs' Analytics

This module adds a single security group called "Access all OUs' analytics", placed under the Operating Units category in user settings. When a user is put in this group, the record rule that normally limits which analytics they can see is rewritten so that the restriction no longer applies to them.

• Users in the group can see and work with analytics belonging to any operating unit, not only the ones assigned to them.
• Users who are not in the group keep the normal behaviour: they only see analytics with no operating unit, or analytics linked to the operating units listed in their own user settings.
• The change is applied automatically when the module is installed; there is no new menu, screen or button to configure.

The module does not create any new model of its own. It only adds the group and updates the existing access rule coming from the analytic_operating_unit module, so the effect is visible wherever analytics are used in Odoo. It is useful for managers, accountants or shared-service teams who must review analytics across all operating units without being given every operating unit individually.
