LDAPS authentication

This module extends the existing LDAP authentication feature so that Odoo can connect to directory servers over SSL instead of a plain connection.

Where it appears: - On the LDAP server configuration form (the same screen used to set up LDAP authentication), two new checkboxes are added after the existing TLS option: 'Use LDAPS' and 'Skip certificate validation'.

What it does: - When 'Use LDAPS' is enabled for a server, Odoo connects using the secure ldaps:// protocol on the configured server address and port. - If 'Skip certificate validation' is also enabled, the SSL certificate presented by the server is accepted without validation, which is useful for test or self-signed setups. - If the existing TLS option is enabled together with LDAPS, a secure TLS session is started on the connection. - If 'Use LDAPS' is not enabled, the module leaves the standard LDAP behaviour untouched.

Business rules and behaviour: - Both new options default to off, so nothing changes until an administrator turns them on. - The settings are read from the LDAP server record each time a connection is prepared, so changes take effect on the next authentication attempt.

It touches the LDAP server configuration model res.company.ldap and the LDAP authentication flow, and requires the python-ldap library to be installed on the server.
