Bank Statement Check Number

This module lets accountants record the number of a check directly on a bank statement line. A new "Check Number" field appears in the bank statement line list and form views, right after the date, so users can see and edit it while reviewing bank transactions.

The field is stored on account.bank.statement.line and is indexed, which makes it easier to search. It is not copied when a record is duplicated, so each statement line keeps its own check number.

When the journal entry lines are generated from a bank statement line, the check number is automatically transferred to those move lines. This means the number is available both on the statement line and on the accounting entries created from it, helping with reconciliation and audit.

The module depends on account_move_line_check_number and account_statement_base, so the check number field on journal items and the bank statement views come from those modules. No new menus, reports, or scheduled actions are added; the change is limited to the bank statement line screens and the automatic propagation of the check number to the related journal entry lines.
