Restrict records duplicating

This module introduces a single hidden security group named "Duplicate records". By default, only the Odoo superuser (root) and the administrator user are members of this group.

When a user opens a record in a form view, the module checks in the background whether that user belongs to the "Duplicate records" group. If the user is not a member, the Duplicate action is removed from the form view's available actions, so the button or menu entry to copy the record is not shown.

• The check happens automatically each time a form view is loaded.
• No new menus, reports, or database models are added.
• The module only affects the standard form view behaviour in the web client.
• Administrators can assign the group to other users through the normal Users and Companies settings, since the group appears in the standard group selection screens.

The module depends on web_tour and includes automated tours that verify the Duplicate option is visible for allowed users and hidden for users without the group. It does not change any business documents, fields, or server-side rules beyond the group membership check.
