Import Phone Rates from Bandwith.com

This module adds a simple import wizard so you can bring Bandwidth.com phone rates into Odoo without typing them one by one.

Where it appears: - A menu item "Import Rates from Bandwidth.com" under the Localisation menu in Contacts. - An action available from the Phone Rates list (Action menu) that opens the same import wizard.

How it works: - The wizard asks you to upload a file. Only .xlsx files are accepted; if you pick another format or no file, Odoo stops with a warning. - The module reads the first sheet, starting from row 7, and for each row takes the country/name, the dial prefix and the rate. - It looks for an existing phone rate with the same dial prefix. If found, it updates the country, name and rate; if not, it creates a new phone rate. - The country is matched automatically against the country name in the file, and the phone rate now stores a country.

What it touches: - Extends the phone.rate model with a country field. - Uses res.country to find the matching country. - Requires the Python library xlrd to read Excel files.

Note: the import always starts at row 7 and only reads the first sheet, so the file must follow the Bandwidth.com layout.
