Base Tier Validation - Server Action

This module adds extra options to each tier definition (approval step) in the tier validation configuration screen. On the tier definition form, in the options area, you now find two new fields: a "Post Approve Action" and a "Post Reject Action". Both let you pick a server action that Odoo will run automatically as soon as that step is approved or rejected.

It also adds an "auto validate" option with a condition field. When enabled, a scheduled job named "Automatic Tier Validation" runs every hour and checks waiting or pending reviews whose tier definition has auto validate turned on. If the record matches the condition, the review is approved automatically. The job uses the single matched reviewer as the validating user; if no reviewer is found it uses the system user, and if more than one reviewer matches it does not auto validate and logs a warning.

The module touches the tier definition configuration and the tier validation logic on any model that uses tier validation. It does not add new menus; the new fields appear inside the existing tier definition form.
