Sanitary Registry

This module adds a place to store sanitary registration numbers and to decide which number applies to which products and warehouses.

• A new list of sanitary registries is available under the Users menu, where each registry is just a name/number. Duplicate names are not allowed: Odoo raises an error if you try to save a registry number that already exists.
• On the company form, a new field lets you pick the company's default sanitary registry. The company also shows the registry name as a read-only text.
• A second list, found in Inventory > Configuration > Products, lets you link a sanitary registry to a product category and/or a warehouse. This is how you say which registry number applies to a given product family in a given warehouse.
• The module provides a helper that, given a product category and a warehouse, finds the most specific matching registry: it looks at the category and its parent categories, and prefers entries that specify a warehouse over generic ones.
• A ready-to-use report template is included so other reports can display the sanitary registry number in a circular badge with the country code and 'CE'.

Regular users can read these records; only managers can create, edit or delete them.
