Connector - Dicom

This module connects Odoo contacts to an external Dicom (Equifax) service to retrieve a customer's financial score based on their VAT number.

On the contact form you get a new "Update Dicom" button in the header and a "Financial Approve" tab showing the latest Dicom Score and Dicom Date. A smart button labelled "Dicom History" shows how many Dicom records exist for that contact and opens the full list.

Pressing "Update Dicom" sends the contact's VAT to the configured Dicom web service and, if a response is received, fills in the score and today's date. Each result is stored as a separate log entry (score, date, contact), so you keep a history over time. The score and date shown on the contact are always taken from the most recent log entry.

The module adds a new "Partner's Dicom" menu under Contacts > Localisation, listing all Dicom logs with tree, kanban, form and graph views (graph shows score per partner). Only partner managers can create, edit or delete logs; other users can read them.

The connection needs three settings (user, password, URL) stored as system parameters; they are empty by default and must be filled in before the lookup works. If the connection fails, an error is raised.
