Cooperators Website

This module publishes two online subscription forms on your website: "Become Cooperator" for individuals and "Become Cooperator as Company" for organisations. A new website menu entry "Become Cooperator" links to the individual form.

On the forms, visitors enter contact details, address, language, share type and number of shares, and see the total amount calculated in the cooperative's currency. If the cooperative requires it, they must tick boxes for privacy policy, internal rules, financial risk and generic rules, and can upload a scan of their identity card. Logged-in users get their existing details pre-filled and can jump to their account page; visitors without an account are invited to log in.

Before anything is saved, the module checks that mandatory fields are filled, that email and confirmation email match, that no account already exists for that email, that the birth date is valid and not in the future, that the IBAN is valid, that the number of shares meets the minimum, and that the total does not exceed the maximum subscription amount set on the company. It also prevents a member from subscribing to a different share type when the cooperative forbids mixing share types.

When everything is valid, a subscription.request is created with source "website", any uploaded files are attached to it, and the visitor sees a thank-you page confirming the subscription was successfully registered.
