CRM Only Security Groups

This module creates a new "CRM" security category with four levels: User: Own Documents Only, User: Team Documents Only, User: All Documents and Administrator. Each level automatically includes the previous one, so a higher level also gets the lower level's rights.

What users see depends on their level: - Own Documents Only: they can read, create and edit leads and opportunities, but only those assigned to them or unassigned. They can also read teams, tags, lost reasons and CRM reports, but cannot delete leads or teams. - Team Documents Only: they additionally see leads belonging to their sales teams or where they are a follower. - All Documents: they see every lead and every CRM activity report. - Administrator: full create, edit and delete rights on teams, team members, stages, tags, activity plans, activity types and the CRM configuration menus.

The module also separates CRM from Sales. On the opportunity form, the buttons to create a quotation and to view quotations or sales orders are only shown to users with the standard Salesperson group. On the team dashboard, sales figures such as invoiced target, quotations, orders to invoice and the sales report link are hidden from CRM-only users, while CRM counters such as unassigned leads, opportunities and overdue opportunities are shown only to the Own Documents level. The main CRM menu, My Activities, Team Pipeline, Reporting, Configuration and activity plan menus are restricted to the appropriate CRM levels.
