Cron daylight saving time resistant

When you open a scheduled action in Odoo (Settings > Technical > Scheduled Actions), you now see an extra checkbox called daylight saving time resistant. Tick it for jobs that must always run at the same local hour, for example a daily report at 8:00 in the morning.

• Without the option, a job scheduled in local time can drift by one hour after the twice-a-year clock change.
• With the option ticked, the module detects the offset change and shifts the next run time so the job still fires at the same local hour.

The module only touches the scheduled actions model ir.cron and its form view. It does not create new menus or reports. The adjustment happens automatically when Odoo processes the job: the system compares the time zone offset before and after the next planned run, and if the offset changed and the job is due, it updates the stored next execution time accordingly. No emails, no manual steps and no other business documents are affected.
