Currency Rate Update: Banca d'Italia

This module extends the currency rate update feature so that Odoo can download daily exchange rates directly from the Bank of Italy website.

• In the currency rate provider configuration screen, a new option "Bank of Italy" becomes available in the service list.
• When this provider is selected, Odoo knows which currencies the Bank of Italy publishes rates for (a long list including EUR, USD, GBP, JPY and many others).
• The module fetches the rates for each day in the requested period from the Bank of Italy's online service and stores them in Odoo, so they can be used for currency conversion in accounting and sales.
• If the company's main currency is not EUR, the module automatically converts the rates so that they are expressed relative to the company's currency instead of the euro.
• The rates are retrieved in JSON format and only the currencies selected by the user are kept.

This module works together with the base currency_rate_update module and the account module. It does not add new menus or screens of its own; it simply adds a new provider option inside the existing currency rate provider setup.
