Delivery Local pickup

This module adds a new delivery method called "Local pickup" to the delivery carriers in Odoo.

• On a delivery carrier form, when you pick "Local pickup" as the delivery type, a new "Local address" field appears and becomes mandatory. This is the address where customers should come to collect their order.
• When a sales order uses this carrier, the shipping cost is automatically zero and no error or warning is raised.
• When the warehouse validates the transfer (picking), the module creates a tracking number made of the picking name and the carrier name, and no exact price is sent to the carrier.
• The tracking link for that picking points to a public web page on your website (for example /local_pickup/123). This page shows the carrier name, the picking reference, its origin document, and the local pickup address formatted as a contact card.
• The page is public: anyone with the link can view it, but if the picking is not linked to a local pickup carrier, visitors are redirected to the home page.

The module touches the delivery carrier settings and the stock picking tracking flow, and adds a website page. It also includes a small automated test tour that checks the local address is displayed.
