Delivery price rule untaxed

This module extends the delivery pricing rules used by delivery methods that are calculated "based on rules". Normally those rules can only look at the order total, weight, volume, volume times weight or quantity. After installing this module, you can also choose "Untaxed price" as the variable and as the variable factor when configuring a delivery price rule.

Where it appears: - In the delivery method configuration, on the pricing rules lines (the same screen where you set maximum value, operator, base price and price per unit). - The new option "Untaxed price" is added to the variable and variable factor drop-down lists.

Business behaviour: - When Odoo computes the delivery cost for a sales order, it passes the order's untaxed amount into the calculation. - If a rule uses the untaxed price, that rule is evaluated first and, when it matches, the delivery price is calculated from the untaxed amount instead of the taxed total. - If no untaxed-price rule matches, Odoo falls back to the standard delivery price calculation.

It touches the delivery carrier and delivery price rule models (delivery.carrier and delivery.price.rule). A demo delivery method named "Carrier price on untaxed" is included as an example.
