Delivery Roulier Option

This module extends the roulier delivery carrier integration with a set of standard shipping options. On the delivery carrier template you can now give each option a translatable name, and four options are pre-loaded: Acknowledgment, Free of charges and rights, Shipping Cash On Delivery and Insurance.

On a transfer (stock.picking) a new field 'Customs category' is available with the choices Gift, Samples, Commercial Goods, Documents, Other and Goods return; it defaults to Commercial Goods and is used when customs information is prepared for the carrier.

When a carrier requests it, the module can compute the cash-on-delivery amount from the products in the packages, decide whether customs documents are needed by comparing the sender's and receiver's countries, and build the customs details for each article: quantity, weight, origin country, description, H.S. code and value. If a product has no H.S. code on itself or its category, an error is raised so the shipment cannot be sent without it. A helper also totals the sale price of the package, which can be used for insurance or customs value.

All of this is only active for carriers that implement these methods; the module itself provides the generic logic and the option list.
