This module allows you to send delivery orders to Voxel. Sending are queued in jobs running in the background.
auto_awesome What this module does
AI-generated from the code · Odoo 18.0Automatically sends outgoing delivery orders to Voxel as XML reports in the background, and lets users track, retry or cancel each sending from the transfer screen.
This module connects delivery orders (transfers) to the Voxel EDI service. When a transfer is validated, the system automatically prepares and queues an XML report for Voxel, processed in the background so users are not blocked.
- A "Send to Voxel" button appears on the transfer form for managers, usable when the transfer is ready or done.
- A new "Voxel" tab shows the sending status, the generated XML report, any processing error, and the list of background jobs with buttons to requeue a failed job, cancel a pending sending, or send it immediately.
- A scheduled job runs every 10 minutes to refresh the export status of transfers.
- Search filters let users find transfers whose Voxel report was not sent, is in process, accepted, failed, has a processing error, or was cancelled.
Sending only happens for outgoing transfers where both the company and the customer are enabled for Voxel. Returned incoming transfers are also handled. Cancelling a transfer cancels its pending Voxel jobs.
Configuration: a "Stock picking login" can be set on the company and in Settings, and a specific Voxel report can be chosen per customer. The report itself contains company, customer, order reference, product lines with quantities, units, customer product codes, and lot/expiry traceability when products are tracked.

terminal Installation and usage
OCA documentation · Odoo 18.0Configuration
Source · Odoo 18.0To configure this module you have to belong to the access group 'Voxel manager' under 'Technical Settings', then:
- Open a customer form view. In 'Sales & Purchases' page, check 'Enable Voxel' if you want to send delivery orders to this customer through Voxel.
- Go to Settings \> Users & Companies \> Companies, open the companies you want to enable Voxel communication and set 'Enable Voxel' field to True.
- In the login list, add the corresponding login for connecting with Voxel to send delivery orders. The final URL where delivery orders are going to be sent is '\/Outbox'.
- Save the form and edit it again, find 'Stock picking login' field and select the login to be used in delivery orders sending.
- Select also the 'Send mode' to set when delivery orders will be sent:
> - On validate: Delivery orders will be sent to Voxel automatically > when they are validated. > - At fixed time: Delivery orders will be sent to Voxel automatically > at a fixed time. > - With delay: Delivery orders will be sent to Voxel automatically a > certain time after they are validated.
Note:
This module enqueue the sending delivery orders to Voxel in jobs in the background. To do that it uses queue_job module, so a configuration is required according to that. The jobs for sending invoices to Voxel are queued in the channel root.voxel_export channel. The sending status check jobs are queued in the channel root.voxel_status.
