Event Track Location Overlap

This module extends event track locations with a new checkbox called "Overlappable" ("Can this location have simultaneous tracks?"). It appears on the location form and in the location list, right after the location name.

When the checkbox is left unchecked, the location is treated as non-overlappable. Odoo then checks all tracks assigned to that location and raises a validation error if two of them would run at the same time. The comparison uses each track's start date and duration, and cancelled tracks are ignored, so cancelled sessions never block a location.

The check runs automatically when you save a track (when its date, duration, location or stage changes) and also when you change the "Overlappable" setting on a location. If a conflict is found, saving is blocked and a message names both conflicting tracks, their events and the shared location.

It touches the event track and event track location models and builds on the website event track features. No new menus or reports are added; the only visible change is the extra checkbox on the location screens.
