Field Service - Calendar

This module links Field Service orders to the Odoo Calendar. On each Field Service team you can now choose a "Team's calendar" user, who becomes the owner of the meetings created for that team's orders.

When a Field Service order is created with a scheduled start date and its team has a calendar user, a calendar meeting is created automatically. The meeting takes the order's name, description, start and end times, and location, and it is linked back to the order so you can open the order from the meeting. The team's calendar user and the assigned field service person are added as attendees, and no invitation email is sent to them.

• If the order's scheduled dates change, the meeting dates are updated.
• If the order's location changes, the meeting location is updated.
• If the assigned person changes, attendees on the meeting are updated.
• If the order no longer qualifies (for example the team's calendar user is removed), the meeting is deleted.
• Deleting the order also deletes its meeting.

On the order form you see a read-only "Meeting" field next to the location. On the team form you see the "Team's calendar" field. Changes made directly on the meeting (dates or attendees) are also pushed back to the linked order.
