Fleet Vehicle Log Fuel

This module adds a Fuel Logs section to Fleet so you can register every refuelling of a vehicle. Each fuel log records the vehicle, service type (a "Refueling" type is provided), date, vendor, vendor reference, litres, price per litre, total cost, odometer reading and notes.

• A new "Fuel Logs" menu appears under Fleet > Vehicles, with list, kanban, form and graph views. The graph shows fuel costs per month and per vehicle.
• On each vehicle form a "Fuel Logs" button shows how many fuel logs exist and opens them filtered on that vehicle.
• Fuel logs follow a simple workflow: To Do, Running, Done, Cancelled, with buttons to move between stages. When a log is set to Done, a matching vehicle service record is created automatically; cancelling it removes that service record.
• Entering any two of litres, price per litre or total cost automatically calculates the third.
• The odometer value is linked to the vehicle's odometer records; emptying it is not allowed.
• The driver is filled in automatically from the vehicle's driver.
• Fuel costs are included in the fleet cost report, and a "Fuel" filter is added to its search view.
• Access rules: fleet users only see fuel logs of vehicles they drive, while fleet managers see all.
