HR Attendance Geolocation Required

This module adds an option to make GPS location mandatory when employees clock in or out. It is controlled by a new checkbox, "Require Geolocation for Attendance", found in the Attendance settings screen under a "Geolocation" section. The setting is stored per company, so each company can decide for itself.

When the option is switched on: - An employee who tries to check in or out without location data is blocked and sees the message "You must activate location and GPS to clock in." - The same rule applies in kiosk mode: the kiosk refuses the check-in when latitude or longitude is missing and shows the error to the person at the screen. - In the kiosk, the error is shown as a notification, and the usual "Wrong Pin" message is hidden while this location error is being displayed, so the user sees the real reason.

The rule is checked on the server side, so it cannot be bypassed by simply disabling the browser prompt. It affects the employee attendance action and the kiosk check-in route. No new menus or reports are added; the only visible change is the new setting and the blocking error message.
