Employee Age

This module extends the standard Employees app by adding an Age field to each employee record. The age is not typed in by hand: it is calculated automatically from the employee's date of birth, so it always stays up to date when the birthday changes.

Where you see it: - On the employee form, the Age field appears right after the home-work distance field, inside the same group as the birthday. - It is only shown to users who belong to the HR officer group, so regular employees do not see it.

Business behaviour: - The value is a whole number of years. - It is a computed, read-only field, so it cannot be edited directly. - It recalculates whenever the employee's birthday is changed.

It touches the hr.employee model and the employee form view. No new menus, reports, emails or scheduled actions are added.
