Employee Birth Name

This module extends the standard Employees app by adding one extra piece of information to each employee record: the birth name (the name a person had at birth, often a maiden name).

Where it appears: - On the employee form, the new "Birth Name" field is placed right after the "Marital Status" field. - It is only visible to users who belong to the HR Officer group (hr.group_hr_user), so regular employees or other users without HR rights will not see it.

What it does: - It stores a simple text value on the employee record (hr.employee). - There are no automatic calculations, checks, restrictions, emails, or scheduled jobs linked to this field. It is purely an additional data field that HR staff can fill in manually.

Which areas it touches: - The Human Resources module, specifically the employee master data. - No other models, menus, or reports are modified by this module.

Because the code is short and contains no business logic beyond the field definition and its placement in the form view, no other behaviour should be expected.
