HR Employee Birthday Mail

This module adds birthday email automation to the Employees app. On each employee record, a new "Birthdays Notifications" tab appears with two checkboxes: one to allow birthday wishes from the company, and one to be notified about coworkers' birthdays. The second checkbox is only visible when the first is checked. The same two options are also available on the user profile form, after the birthday field, so employees can manage them from their own profile.

A daily scheduled job called "Check Employee Birthdays" runs every day. It looks at all employees whose birthday matches today's day and month and who have allowed birthday wishes. For each of them, it picks one of three birthday email templates at random and sends it to the employee's work email. It then sends a coworker notification email, also chosen at random from three templates, to every other employee who has enabled the coworker notification option. The coworker email mentions the celebrating employee's name.

All emails are sent from the company email address. The module extends the hr.employee and res.users models and adds six mail templates. No new menus are created; the options appear inside existing employee and user profile forms.
