Task Logs: Non-Payable

This module adds a Non-payable flag to timesheet entries and to projects, so you can keep track of work that should not be charged or counted as a cost.

On a project, a new option "Non-Payable (by default)" appears next to the timesheets setting. When it is on, any new timesheet line created for that project is automatically marked as non-payable.

On each timesheet line you get a Non-payable checkbox and a Non-payable Amount field. When a line is marked non-payable, its amount is moved into the Non-payable Amount and the normal amount is set to zero, so it no longer contributes to billable costs. The hours field becomes read-only for non-payable lines, and such lines are shown greyed out in the timesheet list.

If you later uncheck the Non-payable box, the amount is restored from the Non-payable Amount. Changing the amount on a non-payable line keeps the amount at zero and stores the value in the Non-payable Amount instead.

The feature appears in the timesheet list and form views, in the simplified project form and in the project invoicing settings. It works on account.analytic.line and project.project.
