HR Timesheet Sheet: Project Manager Policy

This module extends the Timesheet Sheets app with a new review policy called "By Project Manager". When a company selects this policy, each timesheet sheet must be linked to a project, and the project's manager becomes the reviewer of that sheet.

On the timesheet sheet form, a new Project field appears when the review policy is "By Project Manager" and is required in that case. Once the sheet is no longer in draft, the project cannot be changed. When a project is chosen, the sheet's add-line project is set automatically and the timesheet lines are recomputed.

Business rules added: - A sheet using this policy cannot be saved without a project. - The company of the sheet and the company of the project must match. - Overlapping sheets are checked per project, so two sheets for the same employee and project cannot overlap. - Only the project manager can review the sheet; otherwise an error is raised. - Timesheet lines shown on the sheet are filtered to the selected project.

In the timesheet lines list and form, the project column is hidden and made read-only when this policy is active, because the project is already fixed on the sheet. The search view gains a Project filter and a "Project" grouping option.
