Generic Intrastat Product Declaration

This module extends the Intrastat product declaration functionality with a generic entry point that is not tied to a specific country localization.

Where it appears in Odoo: - A new menu item called "Generic Intrastat Product Declaration" is added under the existing Intrastat root menu. - It opens a window on the intrastat.product.declaration model in list, form, graph and pivot views, so users can enter declarations, open individual records, and analyse them with graphs and pivot tables.

Access and security: - A new access group named "Generic Intrastat Product Declaration" is created. - The menu is only visible to users in that group. - The administrator user is automatically added to this group when the module is installed.

Business behaviour: - The window action passes a context flag indicating that the declaration is generic, which lets the underlying Intrastat module treat these records as generic rather than country-specific. - No new models, computed fields, checks, emails or scheduled jobs are defined by this module; it relies entirely on the existing Intrastat product declaration features.

In short, it gives accountants and finance users a ready-made place to manage Intrastat product declarations for countries without their own localization, while keeping access controlled through a dedicated group.
