Intrastat Product - HS Codes Import

This module adds a one-screen wizard called "Load Intrastat Codes" that fills Odoo with the official Intrastat goods nomenclature (HS codes) and their measurement units. It appears under the Intrastat configuration menu and also runs automatically as a to-do step right after installation.

In the wizard you pick a Language, then click Load. The module reads its own built-in data files and creates the HS codes in Odoo, skipping codes that already exist. For each code it also sets the matching Intrastat unit (pieces, 100 pieces, 1 000 pieces, litres of pure alcohol, kg of dry matter, m², m³, 1 000 m³, 1 000 kWh) when the source data provides one; if a unit cannot be found, the load stops with an error message.

If you selected a language, it then writes the translated description for each code in that language, building a full path such as "Chapter > Heading > Subheading" from the indentation in the source file. If no file exists for the chosen language, you get a clear error instead of a silent failure.

Only system administrators and accounting managers can use the wizard. It touches the HS code records and the Intrastat units used by the Intrastat Product module.
