L10n Bg Report Stock

This module gives Bulgarian companies two extra printable documents on stock transfers (pickings): an "Accepted delivery report" and a "Handover protocol". Both are PDF reports available on the stock.picking model, so you can print them from a transfer just like the standard delivery slip.

Both documents reuse the standard delivery slip layout but add sender and recipient blocks. The sender and recipient are filled automatically depending on the transfer type: - For outgoing transfers, the sender is your company and the recipient is the customer (using the commercial entity when relevant). - For incoming transfers, the sender is the vendor and the recipient is your company. - For internal transfers, the sender and recipient come from the source and destination warehouses' contact.

When the "address swap" control is enabled for the user, the sender and recipient blocks are shown with their tax number (VAT/TIN) and contact details. A signature section is added to the accepted delivery report when the Bulgarian sections layout is not used.

On delivery slips, an extra "Sale Description" column can be shown for transfers linked to a sales order, using the description from the related sale line. This applies both to aggregated lines and to lines with serial/lot numbers, and is controlled by a user group setting.
