NFS-e (Barueri)

This module extends the Brazilian electronic invoicing features so that service invoices for the city of Barueri can be transmitted to the city hall. It works together with the fiscal document screen already used for other electronic documents.

• On a company, a new provider option "Barueri" can be selected, which activates this city's specific processing.
• On fiscal documents, two new technical indicators are calculated automatically: whether the document is a Barueri service invoice, and a web address to view the official invoice.
• When a document is a service invoice for a Barueri company, a blue button "Visualizar NFSe Barueri" appears on the document form once it is authorized or cancelled; it opens the official city page showing the invoice. The standard PDF button is hidden in that case.
• Sending, status checking and cancellation are handled automatically: the module builds the city's required file, sends it, reads the city's answer, updates the document status, stores the authorization code, number and date, downloads the official XML and generates the PDF when the invoice is authorized.
• A scheduled job runs every 15 minutes to check the status of up to 25 documents that were sent but not yet confirmed, and updates them.

It touches account.move, l10n_br_fiscal.document and res.company.
