L10n Br Purchase Request

This module connects the Purchase Request workflow with the Brazilian purchase localization. It does not add new menus or screens; it changes what happens behind the scenes when a user uses the existing wizard that creates a purchase order from selected purchase request lines.

When the purchase order is generated, the module looks at each created purchase order. If the order has a fiscal operation defined, it processes every order line:

• It keeps the original line description and unit price.
• It recalculates the Brazilian fiscal taxes on the line.
• If the user chose to keep the description in the wizard, it restores the original unit price and also sets the fiscal price to that same value, then recalculates the line amounts.

This means the taxes and fiscal values on the resulting purchase order lines follow the Brazilian localization rules instead of being left blank or based on the default values. The module touches the purchase request line to purchase order wizard (purchase.request.line.make.purchase.order) and works together with purchase.order and its lines. It depends on l10n_br_purchase and purchase_request.
