SPED - EFD ICMS IPI

This module creates a new application area called EFD ICMS IPI, under the SPED root menu, dedicated to the Brazilian EFD ICMS/IPI (SPED Fiscal) digital tax file.

At the top there is a declaration screen (record 0000) that groups the whole filing. Every other record screen is linked to a declaration, and its status follows the declaration's status, so a filing is managed as one unit.

The menu is organised by SPED blocks, each with its own screens: - Block 0: company and setup data such as the accountant, participant registry, units of measure, item registry, fixed assets, nature of operations, complementary information, chart of accounts and cost centres. - Blocks B, C and D: service, invoice, energy bill, transport, communication and retail equipment records. - Blocks E, G, H and K: ICMS and IPI assessment periods, fixed-asset ICMS credit control, inventory totals and other assessment records. - Block 1: export information, ICMS credit control, fuel movement, payment card totals, fiscal documents used and complementary GIAF records.

Access is controlled by fiscal user and fiscal manager groups: regular users can only read the records, while managers can create, edit and delete them.

The module depends on the Brazilian fiscal and accounting modules and on stock accounting, and requires an external Python library. The source shown is truncated, so the exact automatic data mapping from invoices and stock moves is not visible here; the screens and record structures are what the code clearly provides.
