References from SII

This module gives you a set of configuration screens under a new "References" menu (inside the SII configuration menu) where you can maintain the official Chilean tax authority (SII) catalogues.

• References: record a reference to another document, with its origin, the SII document class, a code (cancel the referenced document, fix its text, or fix its amount), a motive and the document date.
• Document Classes: define each SII document class with its SII code, prefix, journal code template, the letter it belongs to, the name printed on reports, the document type (invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, credit notes, stock picking, other documents), whether it is a DTE and whether the prefix is used in the reference.
• Document Letters: define letters (A, B, C, etc.), which responsibilities can issue or receive them, and whether VAT is discriminated on invoices.
• Document Types, Concept Types, Optional Types and Responsibilities: maintain the SII codes and names for identification document types, product-type concepts, optional types and VAT responsibilities.

The module also loads standard Chilean data (document classes, letters, types, responsibilities and concept types) and adds a check on concept types: the product types field must only contain adjust, consu or service, separated by commas. Only ERP managers can create, edit or delete these records; other users can read them.
