Delivery Notes

This module adds Ecuadorian delivery notes (guías de remisión) to Odoo. On a stock transfer (stock.picking) you get a "Create Delivery note?" option, a carrier, a car plate, an emission point and a document type; when the transfer is validated, a delivery note can be created automatically. You can also create delivery notes from a sales order, where a counter shows how many exist and a button opens them.

The delivery note screen shows the document number, emission point, transfer and delivery dates, motive, car plate, carrier, delivery address, related pickings and sales orders, and its lines (product, quantity, unit of measure, lot). Buttons let you confirm, cancel, set back to draft, retry failed electronic documents and send the note by email. A wizard helps create notes from several pickings, and another wizard lets you enter the document number.

Business rules: the delivery date cannot be earlier than the transfer date; an electronic note cannot be dated in the future; the document number must be unique per company; at least one line is required to confirm; and the unit of measure must match the product's category. Before sending, the system checks the carrier's VAT, the delivery address, the XML version and the customer's identification type (RUC, DNI or passport).

The note is sent electronically to the SRI, its status and errors are shown, and a scheduled job emails authorised notes to customers (final consumers are marked as sent without email). Settings let you define default transfer days, XML version and whether to email the note.
