AEAT - Comprobación de Calidad de datos identificativos

This module connects Odoo to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT) to verify that a contact's identification data is correct.

• On the contact form, in the AEAT tab, a "Check Partner Data" button queries the AEAT census and fills in the AEAT name, AEAT VAT, check result, latest check date and partner type.
• The check result can be Identified, Not identified, Not processed, Not identifiable, Identified (ceased) or Identified (revoked).
• A "Data different" flag is computed automatically when the name stored in Odoo differs from the name returned by the AEAT.
• A second query checks whether the partner is under the sales equalization regime (recargo de equivalencia) or the standard regime.
• In Settings, a company option "Verify Partner Data using AEAT Census" can be enabled. When it is on, every new contact or any change to a contact's name or VAT automatically triggers the AEAT check.
• The contacts search view gains filters: Identified, Not Identified, Not Processed, Not Identifiable, Data Diff, Sales Equiv. regimen and Standard regimen.

It works on res.partner, res.company and res.config.settings, and relies on the AEAT certificate and SOAP connection provided by the Spanish localization.
