Categorías de empresa CNAE 2009

This module extends the European NACE industry classification with the Spanish CNAE 2009 categories. It works together with the l10n_eu_nace module, which provides the wizard that loads European NACE industries.

When the NACE industry update wizard is run, this module automatically also creates the Spanish CNAE industries. The categories are read from a data file and added to the company industry list (res.partner.industry). Each CNAE category is linked to its corresponding NACE parent when that parent already exists, so the list stays organised in a hierarchy.

If Spanish is installed as a language, the category names are also written in Spanish, so users see the Spanish description. The module does not add new menus or screens; it simply enriches the existing industry list used when classifying partners and companies.

Business users will notice that when they set an industry on a partner or company, they can now choose from Spanish CNAE codes such as fish processing, olive oil manufacturing, hydroelectric production, residential construction, film production, university education, or library activities, in addition to the European NACE codes.
