L10n ES Hr Collective Agreement

This is a localization module for Spain that only loads initial configuration data. It does not add new screens, buttons or business rules by itself; it fills in the reference lists used by the Collective Agreement module it depends on.

After installation, users will find these values already available when setting up collective agreements:

• Official publications: Nada, BOE (Spanish official state gazette) and DOGC (Catalan official gazette).
• Scopes: Autonómico (regional), Provincial, Comarcal (county-level) and Propio (own/company-level).

These records are created in the collective.agreement.official.publication and collective.agreement.scope models, which belong to the base hr_collective_agreement module. They are loaded as non-updatable data, so they are installed once and are not overwritten by later module updates.

The module touches the Human Resources area through the collective agreement configuration, but it does not create any menu of its own; the values simply appear in the existing selection lists of the collective agreement forms. No automated checks, computations, emails or scheduled actions are added.
