Partner Mercantil

This module extends the contact/company form in Odoo so Spanish companies can record their official commercial registry information directly on the partner record.

On the contact form, a new tab called 'Commercial Info' appears after the internal notes tab. It is only visible for companies, not for individual contacts. The tab contains six free-text fields:

• Book (Libro)
• Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil)
• Sheet (Hoja)
• Page (Folio)
• Section (Sección)
• Volume (Tomo)

These fields are stored on the res.partner model, so they are available for any company record and can be filled in manually. The module does not add any automatic checks, calculations, defaults, restrictions, emails or scheduled actions; it only provides the extra fields and the screen where users can enter them.

It depends only on the base module and is part of the Spanish localization set, but it does not change invoices, sales, purchases or accounting entries. Its purpose is purely to keep the legal registry data of a company in Odoo for reference and reporting.
