TicketBAI - Extra data

This is a small bridge module between two Spanish localisation modules: the one that provides extra Spanish taxes and the one that handles TicketBAI electronic invoicing for the Basque Country.

Its only visible effect is on the TicketBAI tax mapping configuration. TicketBAI needs to know which Odoo tax corresponds to each official TicketBAI tax code before it can send invoice data to the tax authority. This module adds the 5% VAT tax template supplied by the extra data module to the existing TicketBAI tax map entry for the "S" code (the standard VAT code).

• No new menus, screens, buttons or reports are created.
• No new models are defined; the module only loads configuration data.
• No automatic checks, computations or scheduled actions are added.

In practice, once both modules are installed, users who issue invoices with the 5% VAT tax will have that tax recognised by TicketBAI instead of being left unmapped. The module touches the TicketBAI tax map configuration (tbai.tax.map) and the tax template provided by the extra data module. Because the code only contains a single data record and no business logic, no other behaviour should be expected from it.
