New Employee Wizard - Ethiopia

This module adapts two screens for Ethiopian users: the recruitment form for job applicants and the "New Employee" wizard used to create employees.

On the recruitment form (hr.applicant) you can now enter the applicant's name in Amharic script, choose gender, birth date, education level, and fill in the Ethiopian birth date using Ethiopian calendar day, month and year. When all three Ethiopian date parts are selected, the standard birth date is calculated automatically from the Ethiopian calendar.

In the New Employee wizard (hr.employee.wizard.new) the same Ethiopian fields are added, plus address details: Subcity/Woreda, Kebele and House No. The Ethiopian birth date fields are shown by default and can be switched off with the "Use Ethiopic Birthday" checkbox, which then shows the normal birth date field instead. The address parts are combined into the contact's street address.

When an applicant is converted into an employee, the Ethiopian name, Ethiopian birth date, education and address information are carried over to the new employee record. The education list is extended with options such as No Formal Education, Primary School, Secondary School, Diploma, Bachelor, Master, Doctor and Other.
