This module helps you set up EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) VAT taxes and fiscal positions for distance sales to EU customers. A wizard creates the correct sales taxes and automatic B2C fiscal positions per EU country.

The module adds a setup wizard called "Setup EU OSS Taxes" that you can open from the Accounting settings, under the EU OSS section, by clicking "Add new taxes".

In the wizard you choose the company, the EU countries you sell to, whether prices include tax, and which of your existing sales taxes correspond to the general, reduced, super-reduced and second super-reduced rates. The wizard then creates, for each selected country, the OSS sales taxes with the correct local VAT rates (rates are preloaded for all EU countries) and an automatic B2C fiscal position named "Intra-EU B2C in <country> (EU-OSS-<code>)".

  • Taxes are created only for the rates you selected, using the country's official OSS rates.
  • Fiscal positions are set to auto-apply, without VAT number required, and typed as B2C.
  • If a matching fiscal position already exists, its OSS tax mappings are updated instead of duplicated.
  • Countries already covered are shown as "Already Supported" and excluded from the list to process.

It also adds an "Oss Country" field on taxes so each OSS tax is linked to its country, and a rate table model storing each EU country's general, reduced, super-reduced and second super-reduced rates. Access is read-only for invoicing users and full for accounting managers.
