Iran - Accounting

This module adds a ready-to-use Iranian accounting setup. When installed, it loads the "Iran Chart Of Account" chart template, which creates a full set of account groups and accounts organised by Iranian accounting codes (5-digit codes), covering current and non-current assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, cost of goods sold, activity costs and other income/expenses.

The chart is configured with the Iranian Rial (IRR) as currency and Iran as country. It also pre-fills the default accounts used by Odoo for customers (receivable), suppliers (payable), product income and expense, currency exchange differences, point-of-sale receivable, bank suspense and cash difference accounts.

For taxes, the module creates tax groups for VAT 9%, VAT 0% and VAT Exempted, plus a 9% sale tax and a 9% purchase tax. A fiscal position named "Iran" is set to apply automatically to customers from Iran, and it maps the 9% sale tax to the 9% purchase tax.

A "Tax Report" for Iran is added with lines for standard rated sales and expenses (base and tax) and a Net VAT Due line calculated from those amounts.

Finally, the module activates the Rial currency and loads a list of Iranian banks (such as Bank Melli, Bank Mellat, Bank Tejarat, Bank Saderat, Bank Sepah and others) for use in bank records.
