Codici carica

This module gives Italian accountants a ready-made list of the official role codes ('codici carica') that identify who signs a tax return on behalf of a taxpayer, for example legal representative, liquidator, heir or bankruptcy trustee.

Where it appears in Odoo: - A new menu item 'Role Codes' is added under the Accounting menu, visible to users with the Accounting Manager role. - It opens a simple list and form where each record shows a short code and its full description.

What it lets users do: - View the pre-loaded codes 1 to 15 with their official Italian descriptions. - Create, edit or delete role codes (only Accounting Managers can do this; other users can only read them).

Business rules and automatic behaviour: - The code is limited to 2 characters. - Odoo checks that no two records share the same code and blocks saving a duplicate with an error message. - The standard codes are loaded automatically when the module is installed and are not overwritten by later updates.

Which Odoo areas it touches: - It adds the new model codice.carica and links its menu to the Accounting menu. It does not change invoices, taxes or any existing accounting documents; it only provides the reference data.
